Gulf One’s extensive project finance process execution expertise ensures a rapid execution, minimisation of equity leakage and a sustainable project.
Gulf One has successfully concluded a transaction involving the purchase and lease of two Bombardier CRJ 1000 aircraft to a reputed European regional carrier. The aircraft have been leased for a period of 10 years. The Bombardier “CRJ – series” aircraft is preferred by regional airlines due to high levels of operational efficiency. The CRJ - series is operated by more than 25 regional airlines globally including Lufthansa, Air Canada Jazz, Brit Air, Air Nostrum, Comair, GoJet and SkyWest Airlines. The highly sought after aircraft combined with strong credit quality of the Lessee made the transaction highly attractive for investors seeking a low risk investment paying periodic dividends.
